Bring Empowered Potential to Your School or Organization!
Inspire 1 partners with schools, community groups, and organizations to deliver Empowered Potential directly to youth and young adults. If you would like Inspire 1 to bring the program to your students or participants, we’d love to connect with you.
Our Empowered Potential program is a life skills and leadership development program designed for middle and high school youth and young adults (18-24). Through interactive and engaging experiences, we aim to inspire and equip Participants to become their best self—building confidence, making empowered decisions, crushing goals, and using their strengths to positively impact their life and their community.

With a strong focus on violence prevention, the program equips young people with decision-making, communication, and problem-solving skills that help create safer, more inclusive communities. Participants engage in hands-on learning, team-building activities, and discussions, fostering meaningful connections, personal growth and positive lasting goals.​

​EMPOWERED Potential embraces a holistic approach, helping participants develop self-awareness, resilience, and a growth mindset. By encouraging creativity, critical thinking, and goal setting, we empower young individuals to also become proactive leaders and change agents for a better future.

2025 - SESSION 1
The 2025 Session 1 of Empowered Potential was presented in partnership with the Office of Safe and Healthy Neighborhoods. Participants in this session earned up to a $400 stipend each for their commitment and engagement in the program.
